Agustinar Ginanjar

Agustinar Ginanjar, Psi., adalah praktisi dan konsultan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun. Beliau menamatkan pendidikan psikologi dari Universitas Indonesia.

Sebagai praktisi, ia pernah mengelola lebih dari 100 pengusaha lokal binaan Chevron Geothermal untuk program Local Business Development selama 5 tahun. Program ini berhasil memberi kontribusi yang signifikan bagi Chevron Geothermal dalam meraih penghargaan tertinggi PROPER Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup RI dengan predikat emas.

Sebagai konsultan, Agus pernah aktif Institut di Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia (IPMI). Ia juga pernah menjabat sebagai training manager di MUC Consulting Group. Pengalaman kerja terakhirnya sebagai people and organization development manager di PT Rentas Mandiri Sejahtera (Mesco).

Adapun klien yang pernah ditanganinya antara lain, Indosat, DHL, Trelleborg, Saraswanti Indo Genetech, Universitas Binadarma, YMPG Matsushita Gobel, Dompet Dhuafa, Unilever Indonesia. Tahun 2019, menjadi Coach bagi PT. ISDM dan Speaker bagi UNDP – Mahkamah Agung RI untuk materi Talent Development.
